Getting older can affect our ability to move around the way we used to. We may feel less steady and this can lead to falling. There is something we can do to prevent this and it's called Mental Practice. Here is one of a series of empowerment meditations designed to retrain the brain. Let me show you how.

NOTE: This meditation has chapter markers. Be sure to listen to the 'Opening Relaxation' and 'Closing Relaxation' every time you do this Mental Practice.

One of the things I’ve discovered is that getting older often brings bigger questions. Who am I now? What do I really want? What needs to change? And how do I want to live this next chapter? Those questions are at the heart of my work. You might want to know yourself better. You might be looking for clarity and direction. You might know something needs to change, or simply need some healing and restoration. Wherever you are, there’s a place to begin. Explore at debrajones.ca.

If today’s conversation has you thinking about your own life and what comes next, I invite you to explore The Debra Jones Path. Because I don’t believe this stage of life is about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself, understanding who you are, trusting what you know, and choosing what comes next. There’s no prescribed starting point. Find the path that fits where you are right now at debrajones.ca.
